Say you see somebody attacking another individual on the street. And by attacking I mean severely beating up. What do you do? You are of course experienced in martial arts. Or even Krav Maga.
What do you do?
Simple: Call the police. And yell: "I am calling the police right now". Or "The police is on the way right now".
Never jump right into something you do not know. And the current fight you are observing IS something you do not know - psychologically speaking.
After calling the police you can - or - can not decide to intervene. But never ever before.
